This was just one of three desserts I made over the Easter weekend. The other two were Cookies N’Cream Ice Cream and Blondies (forthcoming). It’s been a while since I made any sweets. But now – now I can go back to making anything that catches my fancy and the people will eat it. (The people being my family, not some random collection of humans.)

Now this is my kinda recipe. Everything gets dumped into one bowl and no need to add ingredients in a specific order. The brownies came out soft, moist, and super fudgy. Let’s do this! Read the rest of this entry →
